● ASint Technology Corp. Warranty Introduction
ASint Technology Corp. provides replacements or repairs for customers for defective products within the applicable warranty period.
ASint Technology Corp. Warranty Policy.
- This warranty is valid for a specific period from the date of purchase. Proof of date of purchase is required.
- ASint Technology Corp. warrants and tests the product to be free from defects in material and workmanship and to conform to published specifications.
- During the warranty period, should the products fail under normal use in the recommended environment due to improper workmanship or materials, ASint will repair the products or replace it with a comparable one.
- Warranty Void if remove the ASint Laser Sticker.
- When you purchase the product beyond the warranty period, or warranty is not applicable to conditions (refer to "restrictions"), repair and replacement services will be charged.
Above warranty policy will be restricted by the limitation of warranty.
● Limitation of Warranty
Please note that ASint is not responsible for providing free repair if the product defect is caused by any of the following factors as below: (this limited warranty covers only repair or replacement of ASint products. ASint is not liable for any loss of data or any costs associated with determining the source of system problems or removing, servicing or installing ASint products.)
- Damage caused by natural calamity or any inappropriate usage abuse, misuse, abnormal environmental conditions, insufficient or excessive electrical supply and product has been repaired or taken apart by unauthorized technicians.
- The product has been repaired or taken apart by unauthorized technical staff.
- The warranty label is missing or fractured.
- The product serial number is not compatible with our original system or the label has been fractured.
- This limited warranty applies only to the original end user customer of the product for so long as the original end user customer owns the product. This limited warranty is non-transferable

ASint warranty policy applies to all ASint products sold at authorized channels.
● How to identify the ASint products.
All of the ASint serial products have a legal register label. It is easily identifiable when the user purchases it. The label is also made to avoid illegal use or manufacture.

● Duration of Warranty
The calculation starts with the products warranty period from the initial purchase date. When consumers need warranty please provide the date of purchase documents (such as the warranty card or purchase invoices), determine the goods are still under warranty. ASint Technology Corp. will determine whether recipients If the customer or consumer has not provide documents.
■ Memory modules
All of the ASint memory modules products are covered by this warranty for the limited lifetime (memory modules including all ASint system-specific memory), have limited lifetime free maintenance service if the product is damage caused by natural calamity.
■ Flash memory
◎ USB Flash Drives / Memory cards
All of the ASint USB flash drives and memory cards products (such as: SD Card, Micro SD) are covered by this warranty for the limited lifetime (such as: SD Card, Micro SD), have limited lifetime free maintenance service if the product is damage caused by natural calamity.
◎ eMMC (embedded Multi Media Card) memory modules
All of the ASint eMMC (embedded Multi Media Card) memory modules products are covered by this warranty for a period of limited two years.
■ SSD (Solid State Drives) storage device.
All of the ASint SSD (solid state drive) products are covered by this warranty for a period of limited three years.
■ LED-Lamp Modules
All of the ASint LED-Lamp modules products are covered by this warranty for a period of limited five years, LED power supply and components are covered by this warranty for a period of limited three years.
Above warranty policy will be restricted by the limitation of warranty.
● Repair service
ASint products in the consumer after purchase, ASint Technology Corp. recommended that you return to the initial purchase of the dealer. Consumers can through the frequently asked questions to initial judge and exclude anomalies in the ASint Technology Corp. web site when related issues need to repair.
